What form of payment do you take?

Our services are covered by private payment, and often by your long-term care or health insurance as well as possible veteran’s benefits and sometimes others. We will provide all necessary paperwork for you to file against your insurance policy.
For your convenience, we do accept payment by credit card, bank draft, or by invoice/check.
